No provisional reason for Harvey’s death was declared after an initial post mortem.
The party of friends left the hotel on July 16 at around 7pm, but when they returned, they found his motionless body without a pulse.
The time of death had been put between 9pm and 10.30pm.
Assistant coroner, Kerrie Burge, passed on her condolences to Mr. Dominy’s family before adjourning the inquest to get further details from Spain.
It has not been made clear whether Harvey’s body is still in Spain or has been returned to Wales.
Mckenzy Dominy, his brother, has paid this tribute “My brother Harvey’s radiant smile was his trademark, a beacon of joy that never dimmed despite life’s challenges.”
“From his first night, when doctors doubted he’d survive his first 24 hours, to his very last day, Harvey faced each hurdle with unwavering courage and a grin that could light up all of us.”
